Although there was a few minor complications with what another customer needed and something wasn't working correctly, Miss Ellenise, (sorry if I butchered the spelling or heard you wrong), worked through the issue, and didn't get flustered when something didn't work. Both of the ladies in the store were very helpful, polite, and seemed to enjoy your work. Coming from someone who has begun traveling a lot recently? It was excellent customer service with a smile from both ladies. You don't see that much anymore, Cricket Wireless, these two need a raise, don't overlook employees like them. If you do? “This is long overdue. I got a new phone at the Burlington, WA AT&T Store and switched from an android phone to an iPhone. I am not a “techie” and I had some serious concerns about getting and using a new phone with all the apps, and switching from android to iPhone.

I was helped by Brent Drake who obviously was used to helping people like me before. He made sure I was comfortable with the phone choice (iPhone 15 plus) then proceeded to set up my new phone. He was able to transfer all the apps, etc. I was able to do my basic function as soon as I got in the car. Over the past few months I have taken two airplane trips and used all my airline, travel and hotel apps. Brent was pleasant and reassuring. After a few months of using the phone, I found that he was true to his word and that I actually like using an iPhone.

Although Brent told me to come back if I had any problems or question, I have not been back. Brent was a great sales representative, who not only sold me a new phone but made sure I was able to function as I walked out of the store.”
