“Self-service gas station conveniently located just off I-5 in Mt. Vernon. Very good visibility to enter and exit. Clean facility, although no attendant or store front. Window cleaner available at gas stalls. My favorite aspect of this gas station is that they offer non-ethanol unleaded gasoline. Such better gas mileage than regular "87". My speedometer on my way home registered at 29.9 MPG which is vastly better than what I average filling on the Eastside. Great place to fill up if you're in the area. FYI: If you do choose non-ethanol, it requires a different handle from the regular gasoline options. Prices are current as of March 11, 2021: Non-ethanol 89--$4.05/gallon Regular 87--$3.05/gallon Plus 89--$3.35/gallon Supreme 92--$3.55/gallon.”

“This Shell convenience store carries cell phone accessories. I was in need of a charger and they had a nice selection. I was delighted to save a trip to an electronic store. Clerk was very helpful in helping select one and made sure it was compatible with my phone. The price was very reasonable!”

“I have been using this location for 6 months now, twice a month because they accept vouchers through Catholic Community Services. Every time I have gone in its been either the owner or Stephen and I couldn't have been more satisfied!! They have never made me feel like my business wasn't as important as someone with cash, and are always friendly and conversational!! I will continue to fill up here after I'm done with the program that supplies the voucher just because of the fantastic service!! Stephen is such an amazing employee, always friendly, helpful, and always doing work, I've never seen him not working on something around the store!!!”
