“Over the past several years, I have taken my truck in multiple times to different repair shops to help fix my Tundra's wobble issue, and no one was able to tell me what was wrong. Shops suggested rebalancing tires, that didn't work. I bought all new wheels and tires, that didn't work. I had ball joints checked, they were fine. I had all but given up, and just felt I had to live with the wobble. The wobble slowly became worse. At the recommendation of a good friend, I gave Shannon a call. He asked me a few questions, and essentially diagnosed the problem over the phone. He spent time explaining why the issue was happening, and was able to get my truck in for repair right away. I got the truck back, and the wobble is gone. I couldn't believe it. I'll be bringing all of my family vehicles here in future. I highly recommend this shop!”

It also seems like a family friendly business that takes care of their employees which is nice to see. Their employees were kind, honest and respected Covid protocols. “What a wonderful personable experience with Whitney Chevrolet service department! We were towing an RV trailer from Michigan. Our 24 Chevy Tahoe had an emissions service message for the diesel engine and was about to limit our speed until it was fixed. We dropped the camper off at the campground and went directly to Whitney’s after speaking with Dodie their service manager. Their diesel Specialist, Joe was already fully booked , but fit us in for a diagnostic. It needed an EGR valve, but it was only available in another dealership over an hour away. Dodie set us up with a loaner car and we went back to our campsite. Turns out the part was wrong, and another part was obtained ASAP the next morning. These two Whitney employees would not be denied helping us. We were kept in the loop for this repair with frequent texts. Joe, our mechanic worked many extra hours on his shift and personally drove to get the part at 6 AM. Both Dodie and Joe came in Saturday morning to finish the job and kept us on schedule for our son‘s wedding at Mount Rainier a few days later. My husband and I would highly recommend this Chevrolet dealer for any service issues based on our experience. Thank you Dodie and Joe. ?”
