“They lots of snack and hot food options, a good variety of cold or hot drinks. Money orders csn be purchased, lotto, and just about anything you are looking for. Those who say their is a loitering problem, its not there fault city municipal codes prevent them from place no loitering signs, however i have had no problem with any homeless individuals, and most the time there the only humans on earth who actually say hi and have a good day if you give them something or not. Parking is a little tight, but this is a good 7-11, or it wouldnt be busy, so i thank you for being in our community. Dont tell the wife but i always order hot food and a slurpee. Lol...”

“I have to hand it to the staff for running around and picking up for a very messy inconsiderate community. I was appalled at the behavior of the adults in Lake Stevens. Clothes just tossed back on top of racks, letting the clothes fall on the ground, there were literal piles under some racks. Having watched people just behave like this made me appreciate how hard it is to work in retail. I'm not surprised they cant staff it consistently. Why would anyone want to work where such an entitled community just wrecks the store. Jesus people get it together. You wouldnt run around rummaging through your cupboards pulling stuff out and just leave it out.

“I was in a serious pickle of frustration and the T-Mobile Phone reps that I spoke to multiple times sent me into the store for assistance because they could not help me. I was greeted by Karl and explained my situation and he worked so hard for me and thought outside of the box and reached out to the T-Mobile customer support line and resolved my issue within an hour, he was absolutely spectacular! But I also have to mention that he had a coworker with him today and two T-Mobile leaders came into the store excited to share news with her and pulled her into the back office, but in the meantime, the phone is ringing, and there’s other customers who entered into the store who needed assistance . Karl managed the entire situation with the upmost grace, but he should not have had to do that. As a leader myself, I was very disappointed by the choice of the other three T-Mobile employees who left people wandering around looking for help and with the phone ringing and him trying to assist me , very poor management and teamwork Karl rocks he is a spectacular employee and they are so fortunate to have him my visit was today, Wednesday, June 26 at 2 PM”

“This is for the pharmacy department. Having just had a terrible experience getting vaxxed at the Issaquah branch, I'm motivated to give my local branch the good review they deserve. They are rarely swarming with customers, so it's usually not much of a wait (goes for the drive-through as well). The staff is polite and friendly; I have a lot of prescriptions and when something does go wrong (usually because of my insurance), they are very helpful in figuring out the issue. I'm very glad that this is my local pharmacy. I only wish they had Covid vaccine appointments available!”

“Went in on Monday with my grandkids to get a slushee, 1st time in ?5 years?, was pleased with the variety. Saw a sign on the door, 10 chicken wings for $5. Returned Wednesday to try the wings (price is only good with the App). Bought 10, they were awesome. In this area where most prepared wings are $1 - $1.50, this is a good price.Give 7-Eleven another chance”
