“Used the lockbox pickup. Took more effort than it should have to do a pickup. The texted code would not work. Had to go through the app to get a locker to open. I have no idea if it was just a me problem or that is happening to everyone. Otherwise, it was nice to be able to get my order after hours.”
“This is for the pharmacy department. Having just had a terrible experience getting vaxxed at the Issaquah branch, I'm motivated to give my local branch the good review they deserve. They are rarely swarming with customers, so it's usually not much of a wait (goes for the drive-through as well). The staff is polite and friendly; I have a lot of prescriptions and when something does go wrong (usually because of my insurance), they are very helpful in figuring out the issue. I'm very glad that this is my local pharmacy. I only wish they had Covid vaccine appointments available!”
