“HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Eric and Craig are very knowledgeable and experienced and willing to take the time to explain and educate in a way that you can understand and comprehend easily. I brought my mom’s Lexus to them to help figure out why the door would not open since I couldn’t figure it out myself, not only did the fix it in less than 24 hours, they kept in communication and explained what the issue was. They even did a full inspection of the car and told us exactly what was wrong and need to be fixed and told us what could wait and what needs to be done asap, and explained why and how much it would cost in full detail with no pressure or scare tactics. They saved us a lot of money to add, Mechanics Pride wanted over $1000 (not including labor) with a 3 week wait, these guys got it in and done in less than 24 hours for less $250 (including labor). I highly recommend and would trust to send any of my family or friends to them without me having to be present. (P.S. Eric & Craig deserve a raise 100% ?)”

“We were referred to Pete’s after our long-time mechanic retired and sold. Our experience has been awesome so far. Always friendly and helpful in explaining any issues. We recently brought in our car for what we had initially been told would be a bigger/more intensive (and thus more expensive) service, however upon getting into the work they discovered it was a much more minor fix than they originally estimated, called me and explained it, and saved us a lot of money! The starter of my truck was bad, and I work weird hours, so Jake let me take my truck in while I had it running and leave it in his lot until he was able to get it fixed. “Fantastic experience! The guys were super knowledgeable and friendly. Clutch replacement on my Jetta was done within a week, and the guys sent back parts from the supply house that were defective or damaged, so keen attention to detail. Price was exactly as quoted and was kept up to speed on the process. One of those places I don't want to have to go back to, meaning another toast clutch, but I wouldn't go anywhere else!”

This shop, and its owner Jim, have continued to demonstrate high levels of integrity in all their dealings with me and my family. This is my go to automotive shop because of their integrity and their quality of work.
They are always professional, informative and kind. We got new tires through them and the truck started to pull to the left so they got us in the next day to give us an alignment for free! This was so helpful because we were headed on a road trip and needed to get this done. I'll definitely keep coming here.”

“I took my Subaru here to be serviced in the middle of a road trip from California to Quebec. I chose this location because of the great reviews and I'm so glad I did. First of all, I was on a tight schedule that day and I was able to get my car back at around the estimated time they gave me. They also removed a small service item from the standard maintenance work list because they determined my car did not need it yet and saved me some money. I got quotes for this service from a few cities along my route and theirs came out to be the fairest. If I'm in the area again and need service, this is where I'd go.”

“Honestly, its a really solid place. I know we all are afraid of bad tints, so I did my research and stumbled on the shop. They have a solid deal package thats roughly $530 for my honda sedan. Seems a bit pricy, but worth it. They booked me in a week after the call and completed in a few hours.
If youre looking for a really good/perfect job, give them a try. They have a package for all budgets, but I suggest the full (miraculous) package!”

“These guys knew just what was wrong with my car with minimal description! They know their subarus. They did a major job and it worked just how they said it would for the price they quoted (which was substantially lower than a dealership). Even a little bit early. I recommend anyone in Spokane area to bring your subarus here for work.

“Although I initially thought I would have to leave my Chevy 3500HD for a diagnostic scanning, before I left ICDI ran the scanner test, determined a glow plug was to blame, and completed the repair and an oil change the same day, despite being scheduled out two weeks for major repairs.
