“Must confess, I hate going into stores where the first person to greet me is a guard. However everyone, guard included was very friendly. I went in to get work pants for my daughter. The selection is small for women, and even smaller for thin teens, but we found some pants that worked. I will probably return to find jeans for myself since I’m more into functional jeans than fashion. Prices are what you’d pay online. I wish this business were in Seattle city limits, but I didn’t have too much traffic to get there, so I will return.”

“I brought my daughter and niece in for permanent jewelry (with an appointment), but I've been to their Bothell location a couple of time prior (before they shut down). It was such a fun experience getting the jewelry on. She had cute options and since we couldn't decide we got multiples and half and half bracelets. My daughter got an anklet which was adorable. I wish I'd gotten one but it was still cold out and I wasn't in shorts to show it off yet LOL. I also got soap and a soap bag. I've got their candles before and they smell really good. She has cute clothes and other handmade jewelry and she now has beautiful hats that she burns designs on and I've been wanting one for a while now. “Lots of awesome shirts, trinkets, and outfits. I wish the hoodies weren't so ridiculously expensive, else I would've bought one by now. They, on average, cost the same as a new pair of shoes (~$80.) Classic store. I little more on the "trendy" side when it comes to alt, but you can't blame em. They are a chain store and they need their stuff to be marketable, after all. But it would be nice to see more niche styles and references. Overall, a fun place to stop and shop - especially for the grunge/emo/alt crowd, and with friends.”

“Hannah was an amazing assistant. After spending full day searching, we left the store with a great product. This store was the last stop and I had not heard of the store name. Despite the store hours coming closer to closure, pleasant smile did not leave Hannah and she offered to select a few recommendations after hearing our needs. She fetched several (one of which we bought and received much compliments by peers afterwards).Her generosity was shown in bringing out from storage clothing that were not yet on display. Winter season clothing were what we were looking for.She kindly returned the ones that we decided not to buy.
