βI love this place. I've used them on several occasions over the last few years and every time their customer service is excellent--they treat me as if I was a friend coming over for a visit. Typically I pack my own packages but with the crunch of the holidays, I didn't have time to find a box, buy tape, etc. So today I asked them to do it--so fast, so easy, and very affordable. And the wait is typically very short, if any (today there was no wait). Definitely recommend The Mailbox.β
βIf you need a document notarized this is the place to go! Josh has awesome customer service. It's also a Fed Ex drop off location and other mailing services. Very knowledgeable. Also mailboxes for rent if you need one.β

βSuch an effective solution for a virtual address for small businesses, people who live on boats, anyone who wants to separate work life from their home address. Fantastic, personalized customer service. We've had an address there for 2 years and have been very satisfied with the solution to needing a street address for deliveries for packages and regular mail. 24/7 access to your box, M-Sat accesd larger packages. Excellent communication with Ryan, the owner/operator.β

βIβve used this business on two occasions for shipping. In both cases, we brought art and a mishmash of unpacked items in to ship. These guys were awesome! They were expedient, packed everything well and our items arrived in perfect shape. I highly recommend them!β

βLove this place! The employees are helpful and well-informed, which is great when trying to figure out the best shipping option. They also can print things for you (for a small fee) if you email it to them. Thereβs a loading zone spot outside, so parking has never been a headache. Itβs also dog friendly!β

βIβm 9 months pregnant and had a huge, relatively heavy box to return. I went into UPS and asked the manager, Al, if I could borrow a dolly so I could wheel the box from my car to the UPS store. Al was generously kind enough to help me get the box (using a dolly) from my car and wheel it over to the store himself. I really appreciate his proactive thoughtfulness in helping me out greatly!!!β
βI havenβt done anything out of the ordinary here, and each time Iβve come prepared and didnβt need much βhelpβ per se, so I canβt speak to some of the negative reviews. Personally, Iβve witnessed the owners being incredibly helpful to people, even going so far as to cut down a bigger box to a smaller size to save the customer in front of me some cost on shipping. I have used the notary service for witnessing legal signatures, used the UPS dropoff, and shipped via FedEx. Each time has been a great experience. If I had to complain I would say that there can be occasionally long wait times but thatβs because (in my experience) each customer is getting really great, comprehensive service which takes longer than the βmehβ service you experience elsewhere. Support local businesses, give this place a try.β

Manny, Preet, and the rest of the representatives are outstanding at giving professional and efficient service. Not only are they knowledgeable, they are extremely patient and kind in dealing with customers.
In regards to negative reviews, let me say this. I am doing business in this store 3-5 days a week, and have the opportunity to watch and overhear interactions. I will say that the majority of the time it is the customer who is the challenge.β
βI have been using this store as my preferred pickup point for all of my UPS packages for over a year (renewed this service recently for another year). So far, the experience has been great! The packages are stored well and the store opening hours work for me perfectly, especially ono for my daughter please provide weekends. Staff is very helpful and they remember me by now which makes the pickup process even faster :)β
βThe people at this UPS Store are fantastic. I go to it pretty often and happened to leave my wallet (with a fair amount of cash, credit cards, debit cards etc.) on the counter last week. Not knowing where I had left it, it took me several days to go back and ask. They had it, and returned it with everything intact. Thank you!!β
βSo far I have used their services for I9 Section 2 Document Verification, Visa Pictures, sending packages and purchasing materials. I have received great service and especially today when I swallowed wrong and started coughing the nice lady offered me a bottle of water. She was super nice, polite and helpful!β
βThe husband-wife duo was supremely helpful in their advice and efficiency in getting my important pkg to its destination across the country. They made at least four suggestions that I followed..........and I've shipped hundreds of pkgs before. They went out of their way to creatively make sure my pkg was safely packed and didn't even charge me for the little but important extra that they did. I wasn't EVER going to use this business because of their name, but I needed DHL and they were the only ones. It turns out that DHL in the U.S. can only be international (undoubtedly due to powerful lobbying from FedEx and UPS). I was also totally screwed over by another, nearby, small mailing business last year and was also not going use another small mailing business, but I will definitely use this one again......despite their awful name! (Started and named by a British guy, BTW, who didn't understand its origin!)β
