2830 80th Ave SE, Mercer Island“Based on reviews and my own bad experience a couple of years ago I had been extremely hesitant to return to this branch, but I had some foreign currency that wasn't going to exchange itself and I knew I'd get a far better exchange than the airport, so in I went.After a very short queue that was very reasonable in length (and fortunately, no one with a tablet this time, as that was where my problem started in 2022), worked with Amir on the exchange. Extremely kind and delightful person. Helped me with my exchange needs in a very short period of time, not only explaining each step of the process (including that each of the two currencies had to be processed separately) but also got into a light but friendly and helpful discussion on travel during moments we were waiting for something to process or print.Extremely pleased with my overall service (especially for me having a tiny account and it being a larger "chain" bank), and my experience makes me more likely to utilise this branch in the future.
