“Great movers. They were so quick moving all of my stuff from the 3rd floor apartment. Then we went to my storage shed and loaded it. They did such a great job packing it and one of the movers was actually upset I didn't have more moving blankets because he wanted to do such a good job. I appreciate his care in wanting to do a good job. He did recommend I didn't pack it without the extra blankets but we had to and I hope that he reads this and learns that everything made it without any issues! Nothing is scratched or broken. The movers are my new locations even commended them on how well they packed the Uhaul. It took about 4 hours total for a 2 bedroom apartment + 10x15 storage shed. Their prices were SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than everywhere else I called in town (like 1/4 of the price of other quotes I got). I would highly recommend them and would even consider paying them to come move me again out of state just because of the care they took with my things. Thanks guys!”

At first it was very alarming and frustrating, but Frank and Rob were very kind and were willing to work with us to come to an agreement. It’s a fine line to walk between running a business and being a compassionate human being, but these people did a great job walking that line.
Additionally, they did a great job installing the hitch on the back of our car. It feels very sturdy and looks professional.”

Penske in Whitehall closed at 1700, but she gave me her personal cell phone number to call when we arrived from ID, and was there at 2008 herself so that we could pick up the Penske van that was to have been reserved for us by a Penske employee in Spokane, WA. She gave me driving instructions to the next town, gave me wildlife precautions (not only deer but moose as well!), and helped turn a bad situation into a tolerable one by being so sweet and accommodating. Now SHE is the epitome of an employee going above and beyond in her duties and she should be commended for doing just that! I cannot say enough good things about this amazing employee of Penske. “After a one way trip with a 6x12 pull trailer & having to have 1 tire changed while loading and another bad tire on the trip home, having drop off be so easy was a nice end to our rental! (Pick up location was NOT a u-haul facility it was a franchise of u-haul).
This U-Haul facility had Excellent customer service. They made drop off a breeze!! Technician made note to get tires replaced!! Was very thankful the issue was pointed out!!”

“James has exceptional customer service! Thank you for accommodating the last min rental, however I did not see any lighting inside the unit? I had confirmed there was lights prior to seeing unit- hopefully we will find the light fixture when we arrive to unload today. With the office being closed on Sunday I’m hesitant to unload if there’s no lighting inside unit.”
