“There was a scheduling mix up and we didn’t end up getting the service we scheduled. The owner called us within minutes of leaving and offered not only to fulfill the service we had scheduled, but sent the mobile groomer to our house the same day. The mobile groomer was incredibly communicative and kind, and went above and beyond to make sure our pet was cared for and sooooo clean. We even got a “report card” after the visit with helpful details. I’m very impressed with the customer service and dedication to making sure our pets are happy, clean and healthy.”

“Our experience with this company was terrific.we had them come to our house for our 2 cats. They are great with them, I wouldn't call anyone else. They bathed them trimmed nails , combed out hair clumps. No stress for cats.”
“Typically has a better fish selection than most other Petcos in the area. Sometimes better than more specialized local fish stores even. Only complaint I have is the lack of clear signage on some of the tanks - what is salt and freshwater specifically. I won't take a star for it because the gal who helped me get fish and shrimp had a great eye at a good attitude.”
“The employees are genuinely good people who care about ALL animals. They are kind to my bird, my hedgehog, and my dogs. They go out of their way to be helpful. I used to go to the PetCo at Smokey Point because it was more conveniently located, but after several bad experiences at that PetCo I am going out of my way to go to this PetSmart. Ashley S is one of the employees at PetSmart that has done a great job, but there were other great people too.”
