“The best Verizon store, they take time explain everything give options, they are friendly and down to earth, they go beyond their job to make sure you happy, we bought a phone and they did all set up, plus put on screen saver and lense protector, made sure all was good, did perfect job. Will be my go to store is need to go in store.”
“The service was #AMAZING!!! I visited this location a few weeks ago because I was intown to visit my mom and dad, and unfortunately my phone broke. I visited T-mobile, and they were little to no help, and with the help and recommendations from my parents, I decided to go to this store in a last ditch effort to try and get a new phone for a good deal. Not only did I get a spectacular deal, but they were so patient and and willing to make sure I got the absolute best bang for my buck. The workers? Beyond kind and amazing. The service? I've came into the twin Lakes Verizon store, multiple times through the years for various things, and have always been treated professionally with great attention to detail what the problem was, and how to resolve it and fix it as quickly as possible. Everyone seems to hate the cell phone companies for little itty-bitty things that maybe they brought on themselves or just couldn't figure out or it's just changing technology there's no magic wand that's going to fix every high-tech problem you have with an Apple device that does all this magic stuff Zak, who runs the show at twin Lakes, Marysville Verizon is as good a guy is the Rez his help me personally a few times, and others on the staff are very well trained and greet at what they do”
