I popped into my local branch for some basic banking, expecting the usual runaround, complications and waiting, so I went early and totally prepared for anything.
But guess what? I was paired with Lillian, one of their BECU representative, and I can honestly say I haven’t had such a fantastic banking experience in my life! She was incredibly knowledgeable, sweet, and so accommodating to my requests, juggling everything with such grace!
If I could recommend anyone to work with at this location, it would be Lillian hands down. I don’t think there was a single moment I didn’t enjoy her presence and have a smile on my face.
