“I've been a customer with them since 2017. This office has been so extremely easy and pleasant to work with. Having worked in an insurance agency myself in the past, it's so refreshing to speak with friendly people who genuinely want to help as much as possible. I had an issue once where I double paid for my policy and they worked tirelessly to make sure I got my refund (including follow up outreach to make sure I got the refund check and keeping me posted on all the progress). Another time I needed other insurance but it's not offered by most major companies. Even though it's difficult to find, they referred me to a smaller company that did have it. So again, going above and beyond their self-interest, they took care of me. Today I called to bundle my auto insurance. Jose has literally helped me on all these calls and I couldn't be more grateful for him. I can tell he's someone who cares about the customers. because of him, I highly highly recommend this office.”
