“The staff at this branch is amazing. They go above and beyond to help the customer and even serve as a community connector. I mentioned I wanted non-precious earrings adjusted and the lady at the counter pointed to a patron helped at another window who is a local jewelry maker. They know their customers and help us take care of the banking stuff in a very friendly and neighborly atmosphere. I am very grateful for this branch. I used to do my business banking in Bellevue and since they moved all the old staff from Bellevue to other locations, Bellevue branches have lost the personal touch; I am very grateful to see the Maple Valley team still maintain it.”

Seems like he is on his own a lot though because the last time I came in he was trying to juggle customers inside and in drive-thru by himself. It would be great if some of the staff working at the desks could jump in to help, especially when customer satisfaction is important to Chase. I often see employees at the desks not on a phone call nor with a customer.”
