“I absolutely love this store. They have tons of pop culture merchandise. They are sisters with Hot Topic so have similar stuff but honestly usually their stuff is better. One employee, Masa, is always super friendly and helpful. You can tell he's passionate about the merchandise - or at least about Disney and I appreciate that. The blue haired manager is less nice - usually has a look of annoyance on her face but will still help you occasionally.”
“Management has gotten a lot better. Was in recently looking for a gift & was expecting to be ignored like a was the last time i had gone in. But Mimi (I believe she’s a manager), Jayden & Jacob were very helpful & were even joking around with me glad i gave this location a second chance. The last time i had gone in i believe she was a manager she had split hair white & black & she was extremely rude. I needed help getting something up high & the lady “Bunny” i believe her name tag said was preoccupied talking to another employee. The other lady had a short colorful pixie believe her name tag said “Sam” looked bothered when I interrupted their conversation. Glad those 2 werent there when i went this last time both have horrible customer service skills.”
“This is such a beautiful store! I love the prayer request book by the dressing rooms, that is very sweet and made me very happy to see. The staff was very kind, the store was well organized, the clothes are absolutely stunning and the quality feels great!”

“I am surprised how much Old Navy has changed. From being a cheap garment with bunch of hoodies and T shirts to improved quality and style. Staff (Mia) was very helpful, and able to get me in and out in fast paced with friendly service.”

But the clothes are also off the chart.And the other day my son says let’s go to Vans and build a board. And the guy who built the board said - wanna try something new and smooth?We did, and the board is top shelf.So get yourself over to Vans. Everyone needs a pair of slip ons or two.”
“Came here for their semi annual sale and was helped by one of their associates. She processed my online return but also helped me find a piece I had been looking for online but unable to find - found it in this store. We also ordered two pieces to ship home to me as it’s a bit of a drive for me to come to the store locally (about 2 hours north).
Friendly, helpful, and even provided me a wet wipe for my feet when I was trying clothes on since I was wearing sandals and had to walk bare foot on their floors while trying on clothes.
Would return again and they have a good selection of current seasonal items in store. ?”

“I had no idea this place existed but I'm so glad I found it! So I made an in-app purchase with a store pickup in Lynnwood since the downtown local is no longer. Trying to find the luggage dept was interesting but upon searching for it on the second floor I ran into this place called "Backstage." I know it sounds a little mafia-like ? and although things are scattered, kind of messy and disorganized, think..."Nordstrom level Ross" ? you can still find some great deals here for mid to high-end brand names. Who even knew this existed? After finding backstage I ended up returning the in-app purchase and ended up buying an in-store Black Friday deal on a Samsonite $400+ hardside carry-on I got for less than $200. Literally, Backstage is basically Macy's on a much smaller scale and a little bit crazier (like it's really hot mess). If you don't mind that and appreciate the savings then it's worth your visit.”

“They did not have any of the shoes we came for. They also had no white sole shoes for kids as required by school to have non marking shoes. They also had no matching sweat suits with out tapered leg. However the gentleman's customer service was awesome and he tried really hard to help us find alternatives and was really polite”
