“So sad to hear that Kuhlman is closing. For several years now whenever I pick up something new it's straight to Kuhlman to have Scott work his magic. He has keen eye, more than one person's fair share of skill and talent, and is always incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I will be keeping an eye out to see if he ends up opening a smaller more tailoring specific (less retail oriented) operation here in Seattle. If you are looking for a skilled and trustworthy go-to tailor I recommend you do the same. If not, it has been my pleasure to be a patron of his business, and my wardrobe is certainly better off for it.”

“5 stars all around for quality, price, and service! All of their products are local and clean which often comes with a higher price point; however, theirs is very affordable. My husband got a t-shirt that is one of the softest I ever felt, and I got a bottle of locally-made lotion which smells and feels amazing.The employee who was there at the time was super nice and helpful. He gave us an overview of the store and product recommendations and information. Since we were in town on vacation, he also gave a couple restaurant recommendations which we ended up trying and they were incredible.Local businesses are of course my favorite to support and I always buy clean, plant-based products when I can so this store was definitely up my alley, and the quality, pricing, and service would attract anyone.”

“I got my dress from a wedding dress resale place, and it came with a gauzy overlay which I didn't like as is but I knew had potential. I took my dress and the overlay to Beverly and it was one of the best decisions I made in the entire planning process. She worked with me to figure out how to make the gauzy piece work as an overskirt to my dress, and the final result was more beautiful than I could have originally imagined. She is so talented and personable and did a great job both listening to what I wanted and also making suggestions to me about different things that could work. I would highly recommend her! “Stopped in trying to find some race day shoes for my marathon this month. Wanted to thank Chris so much for his time and attention when navigating such a busy store.They didn’t have the shoe size in stock but he did offer to order them. Im not local so it wasn’t an option but glad to know it’s possible. He scanned my feet (even though it was busy as hell) and took the time to walk me through my results. I learned so much and was just grateful to feel seen in a mall that I don’t normally get that experience in. Although no shoes were purchased today, I did take advantage of their great sale on some shorts and socks. Also wanted to note Tina did a great job too, I think that’s her name she had reddish hair and had a lot of insight.”
