“Snow and ice made me lose control of my car, wrecking the wheel, control arm and strut on the passenger side. I am lucky to not have more damage to my car or myself. I forgot to get his name but he was so nice and kept me up to date on communication on arrival as well as information on what parts were broken, and honest prices on how much it should take to fix them to keep me from being taken advantage of at motor shops. He also explained what he was doing to my car in a layman’s language that I could understand, reassuring me he wasn’t damaging the wheel parts further. 100/10 service, can’t recommend them enough. Doug was not only punctual but also quite understanding! After a mixup with Google maps directing him to a different neighborhood (NOT his fault), he quickly notified me, corrected the situation, and met me at my doorstep shortly after at no extra charge. He's transparent about the cost, friendly, and his services are fast and definitely affordable considering the market. Just get a quote from other towing companies and you'll find yourself calling for him.”
