“I was charged for a wash that I did not receive, but after contacting the owner, I was informed that the extra charge had been refunded, and they are addressing the problem with the wash itself. It is good to see a local business stepping up, owning the issue, and remedying it. Well done! I will return here in the future.”
“Well let's see when I first went in with check 4x4 light and wrench on. I specifically told them it's either moisture in wiring leading to or from or in the 4x4 switch itself. And since I purchased from Carson cars I had higher expectations. For the next almost 3 weeks it was in the shop a week out a day etc. Claiming to have checked all fluids and thoroughly inspected and can not find a cause. Assuming it's just a touchy system and I was guaranteed good to go to Florida for a vacation for the next few months. Well by the time I made it to California the 4x4 switch fell out into my hand. So obviously it was not inspected as they had said or they would have noticed and fixed it instead of only clearing the error lights. My check engine light is also on repair said it's just cause 4x4 can no longer go off. My fuel door light is on. My trans oil temp is 190 instead of 270 and my truck is now ticking or pinging. I really hope they checked fluids as they claimed. My first payment is due tomorrow on a 17,000.00 loan this kind of pisses me off I've driven less then the repair shop did burning over a hundred miles while in their possession. Now they guaranteed my extended coverage will cover all of these issues they will handle it if I have any problems. I hope they are correct and do so I will update my review after that. And yes Carson cars handled these issues being under the thirty day warranty they give all buyers on all cars, though they also claim free transpo while being fixed this amenity was not offered to me at anytime but I was given a ride from one of the salesmen and my car was brought to me”

“Brandon at the car wash was awesome! He scrubbed my car before going through the automatic car wash, and then he dried my car at the end! I was able to vacuum my car for $1.50 (you get 45 second for .25c). This was my first time at this location, and overall, it was a good experience. Thanks again to Brandon!”
“Straight to the point and fixed my issue fast. I had my front headlights out. I work all day and I was concerned with having my car in a shop. Someone was available even before the shop opens, so I was able to drop my car off before work at 8am, then they called me during my lunch break and was able to pick up my car. They also did not over charge me. They charged me the right amount for the part and right amount for the labor being done. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.”

“Replaced my passenger side cracked exhaust manifold and a flange gasket where it meets up with the muffler. Dealership quoted me $3200 before tax, Bucky's out the door just under $1700!! Work was done in a timely manner as promised and was able to get my truck back in time to head over the mountains for Thanksgiving. My truck was so loud, now it purrs like a kitten which I'm sure my neighbors will be happy when I do early morning start up. ?. It's has been a few days now and all is so far working good. Will update if anything changes. Thank you Bucky's in Lynnwood!!”
