“I have been to CPR twice. Once to replace a failing battery and second time to repair a cracked screen. These folks are exceptional in service and skills. And, reasonably priced. Verizon recommended them to me and I don't have cell phone insurance. I won't go anywhere else, but they're busy. You can definitely walk in, but I prefer an appointment through their website.”

“I visited Computer Concepts a few months back to have the look at my parents computer that would not send a signal to the monitor. They quickly diagnosed and provided options. While I in the end decided repair was not the best option the staff was super helpful and friendly. The experience was so good that now my son's computer is having issues I know exactly where to bring it. Stop looking for a computer repair/upgrade/supply store you found it! Small local company that still understands customer service! Any time someone brings up they are having computer issues Computer Concepts are the first words out of my mouth.”

“Aviator just fixed up my Mesa/Boogie Mark IV. Only took a couple weeks and the price was reasonable. The tech (Morris) called me to review the work needed in detail before he began it, and he was friendly as well as incredibly knowledgeable. He also wrote detailed notes on the invoice so I have a record of what was done. Highly recommend Aviator Audio to anyone with a tube amp that they give a damn about.”

“They replaced my screen for my phone within a few hours as I had insurance. My first impression was they were a bit frazzled when they were trying to get my info and such, but overall I was pleased.”

“The Bothell and Redmond locations did everything they could to help me out. Even though my phone was too far gone, they went above and beyond with trying to fix/diagnose the problem for me and even refunded me when it turned out I had to get a new phone. Ben from Bothell and Ian from Redmond were extremely attentive and deserve the praise/tips! Extremely nice staff, I will be going back for any future tech problems. 10/10 service”

“My text to my friend who recommended this place: "my god i found that phone repair place. That was the coolest thing ever he fix my phone in 15 minutes and he gave me a deal for only $100. He was super nice and it has a 30 day warranty. And he gave me a free screen protector . I have never had such a smooth process with any company when it comes to electronics. Hopefully my screen doesn't glitch on me or anything but so far, absolutely perfect! And the cheapest i found for a iPhone 11”

“I’ve been to Condor Electronics three different times with some “unique” repair jobs that I couldn’t find anyone else to do. The first one was for my condo building’s 30 year old intercom panel that is now obsolete. I was told by an intercom repair company that we would have to replace the entire system which would have cost us several thousand dollars. Instead, I found switches for this panel on the internet for $50. Condor soldered the wiring for these switches and charged me $40. Intercom panel now works perfectly and likely will for years to come.Second job was soldering on some tiny resistors that had come off the circuit board for a friend’s old Buick. They charged me $40 for the repair, circuit board now works perfectly. Most recent job was for repair a stereo harness for a ‘friend’s ‘74 Datsun 240Z. No way could I have ever found a replacement harness. These guys re-wired the connector for me for only $30.I live in L.A. but went to them as they are the only people I have ever found who will do “weird, unique” repairs like this. These guys are always polite and friendly, unlike so many repair shops that are basically annoyed when you come in. Five star rating from me - this is where I will always go for repairs like this. ??”
