Great customer service, communication was perfect, and they repaired my phone while I had lunch. Same day service is available, but I'd call ahead and schedule your time slot. I would use their service again, but I hope I don't need to.

Provided a fast screen repair service for my Samsung. Brought in my phone for a repair and got it back within the hour.You may have to call to schedule an appointment at the time of this review. The online scheduling website is not informing the staff in time.
