I had to return a jacket that was too small and they were awesome.
I'm currently a 1X and just wish they would carry larger sizes at the Alderwood location

Store is always clean, products are neatly displayed and comfortably spaced aisles makes shopping fun. Sales persons are friendly and helpful but not pushy. This is a good store

Had a great experience at this Eddie Bauer location. Blaine helped me. He made helpful and knowledgeable recommendations, and actually thought about what I needed. Will visit again.
