“If you're looking for winter sports equipment, make this your first stop! I used their snowboarding rental services last season and came back as I had a great experience previously. All their staff were very friendly and professional. My initial intention was to rent, but after taking some time to think I concluded that it would make more sense to buy my own snowboard as I love the sport and decided it was time to commit. Ethan was so exceptional, he set me up with the most excellent collaboration taking quality and pricing into consideration, I got the best prices and the best equipment. My snowboarding ventures have been phenomenal thanks to his expertise and careful input! I highly recommend this spot to embark on your recreational endeavors :)”

The minus star is for being a tad pushy on the membership program. 5 different employees tried pushing the $30 membership. They should probably back off a tad on that.”

“It was my first time ice skating in 35 years, so I was a little nervous, but I had a blast! The muscle memory came back and I was gliding and skating in just a few minutes. The arena is nice, there are vending machines with reasonable prices, and the staff are very, very kind and friendly. It was open skate, and I had no problems purchasing my tickets online (unlike the Northgate ice rink, which makes it difficult). The ice itself is a bit cut up, but once you make a few rounds, you can avoid the worst of the cuts, and it didn't hamper my experience at all. The other patrons were very friendly and chill. Lots of families, nice holiday music, and it was fun to watch the little ones learn to relax on the ice and have fun. I'll definitely come back and I won't wait 35 years to skate again, that's for sure.”
