“Very professional shop. My car decided to end its life with me on my way to work one morning. I had it towed to Performance so they could advise me of my next step(s). Mike and his crew did a great job getting it diagnosed in pretty short order. Because it was critical I had to put the car to rest. Mike worked with me for about a week to get the final haul away set up. Even though I didn't really experience their workmanship I'm glad I had the chance to meet these guys. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and understanding which made this whole debacle a pleasant experience. I will be taking my car there in the future! (If I purchase one of the vehicles they work on!)

Eric and Team took the time to diagnose and kindly directed me on how to manage while we waited for parts to arrive. My vehicle is now repaired. “Wow! My 2008 Honda Element was a sorry looking beast of burden when I brought it in. Henry's expert detailers were actually able to remove the godawful grungy protective film from the hood, clean out a year's worth of fir needles embedded in every exterior seam, including the engine compartment and -- miraculously -- made my car look brand new! Take your beast of burden to Henry's too. Your car will thank you.”
“I had gone to Uhaul to have a hitch and then the hook up for lights installed. The lights the hooked up but everytime I needed to use it I had to get it out of the wheel well and then shut the hatch on the wires. I called Lynnwood Auto and truck service. Made an appointment to get that fixed so it would be hooked up outside. When I got there I showed him the issue and told him ever since Uhaul worked on it sometimes my hatch shuts and sometimes it doesn't. The owner told me it would just take a few minutes and I could hang out with his puppy. Not even 5 minutes later he had it fixed and my hatch now shuts too. When I asked what I owed him, he said nothing just come back when I needed something. I will definitely be back as this was the best service I could have asked for. If you wanted to be treated fairly I would use them!”
