“I took my Durango to Christian brothers after a shop in Hauser absolutely ripped me off. I had an electrical issue and from the get go they listened too me and gave me an ounce of sympathy , then I left it sun night. Mon morning, 724a.m. they. Called me, did the diagnosis, which was 1hr and 45 mins, the shop in hauser took 6days, yeah right, they emailed me with laymen's terms anyone could understand and I auth work . Tues morning, they. Called me, I explained I did need it by Friday, latest. They had it done, running and unlike the idiot in Hauser these guys didn't leave me stranded after I paid them. The whole crew was Awesome, the mechanic, was an ace, even tho I didn't meet him, Thank you, sir. I was ticked when I got there but these people had my back and they may or may not like me but I'm going back because I trust them, period,”

“I usually dread getting anything diagnosed/fixed on my car because there’s always surprises with cost & things usually aren’t done thoroughly. I don’t know anything about vehicles, so I have to trust what anyone says. That being said, I had a big repair I needed done to my car & I called around to quite a few places until I landed on Ray & Roy’s. They were extremely kind when I called & explained what I thought I needed done to my vehicle. They gave me the best price, got me an appointment, let me know exactly what they were going to look for to repair & potential extra costs, had the parts ready & actually remembered me when I came in (they are booked out a little ways—a good sign!) Shuttled me home & back to the shop. They called when the vehicle was done & I didn’t have to call 3 or 4 times like I have at other places. And the best part was my quote was spot on down to the penny. My car runs great. I would highly highly recommend! I’ll definitely be going back for anything I need done in the future.”

“I noticed an oil leak in my driveway. Took the car in that same day, and it ended up being a cracked oil pan so they needed it for a couple of days. They gave me a really nice complementary loaner car so I wouldn’t be stranded. I felt well taken care of.”

“out of all of the times i’ve been here, i’ve only had a few off experiences, and even those were handled very well. Bruce especially is great, he is very good at explaining issues in a way that 1. don’t make me feel stupid and 2. let me know exactly what’s going on. Pricing can be a little higher, but from what i’ve seen it’s mostly on par with other places around town (i’ve never had a rebuild or full replacement so i can’t comment on that). They usually work very fast and have never let me be without my car for more than a few days (even if i was quoted a week or two). They’re reliable, fast, and are usually the first place i think of when I have an issue with my transmission. I know i’ll be taken care of, and i know that i won’t be taken advantage of (which for some reason is very common as a woman getting her car worked on in spokane ?).”
