“I gave them $110. For scratch tickets and he shorted me 8 tickets then refused to give me my money, said I had to come back at 8 am to look at the video, so thats what I did, then at 8 am they said that I had to come back at the end of the shift when they count the till, saying they only count it at night, seeing my disappointment he said to come back at noon and so I did, just to have him say I only gave him 70$ instead of the 110 I gave him. He let me go look at the shotty at best video where you could not only tell how much money was exchanged, you couldn't even tell if it was money at all it could have been the green tickets I bought or the green bank card I used to use the atm to get the 100 out, all which I could prove. On top of it the employee leaned over the money with his arms crossed so he was blocking the camera when he is either stealing or they are both stealing from the public. . Please watch your change when you go here. Plus there are spider's all over its super dirty”

I got a hold of a pharmacy tech named Aden, who stepped in and selflessly fixed the situation with a few phone calls 30 minutes before he was supposed to leave. “This pharmacy gets a really bad rap... But i think a lot of the delays and long lines have to do more with the customers than with the staff. I have been coming to this location at least once a month for rx for over three years and I have noticed that when someone gets to the front of the line I can tell if they have taken a very important step to help both the staff and the other customers ahead of them... CALLING AHEAD! I ALWAYs call ahead and check to see a.) if they have received my prescription from my doctor and b.) when it might be ready "please and thank you" ( goes a long way if just for human decency!) They will tell me if it won't be ready that day. And guess what?! If it won't be i don't go and have to wait in line!!! AMAZING. What's even more amazing is that IF YOU SIGN uP for mobile check out... THEY WILL TEXT YOU THE MOMENT ITS READY. But the people that are really making the line long show up without doing any of those steps, presents the poor staff member (who has served a bazillion people since their 30 min break ended an hour ago) with 10 minutes of questions (that could have been answered with a simple google search or a call ahead) and then complain that their prescriptions aren't ready and that they have to get back in line. So wake up Freeland! The staff rocks and we can help them by doing a little extra preparation before showing up and also by NOT taking out our frustrations on hard working members of our OWN COMMUNITY! Thanks for listening and thanks to the staff members of the pharmacy team!”
“Burgers are Always cooked and seasoned perfectly. Never had to wait even when they have live music and are extremely busy. Given that they usually only have one staff member working , that is impressive! Definitely the best burgers on the south end of Whidbey Island!”
