“Cute little cafe. We enjoyed the books and card games while waiting for our food. Charming atmosphere. Staff was kind and gave us a time estimate for when our food would be ready. We got the chicken pesto sandwich, chips, iced chai latte, and scones. Delicious!”
“A must visit on Whidbey! Moonraker is the heart of Langley & I absolutely adored meeting the star of the show, Josh! She and her husband opened this bookstore in 1972 & her stories alone are captivating enough to visit this independent bookstore! On top of being a very well-stocked bookstore with lots of options (my fiancé picked up a sci fi novel; I picked up a copy of Babel, a historical fantasy epic; but there are novels of every genre, cookbooks, and titles for everyone!), the welcoming energy of the bookstore and the fact that it’s well-loved by locals makes this wonderful bookstore a gem in Langley. I would definitely visit again!”
