“SOAP is GREAT, as another reviewer wrote 6 months ago. My iPhone 12 was not charging, and Soap patiently and expertly cleaned all the cookie crumbs, etc. out of the charging port. He confirmed my hunch that it's the last few milimeters in the port where the contacts need to mate with the charging cord. If you can't get the cord tip all the way in, you don't get reliable charging. Thank you, Soap.”

1470 Marvin Rd NE, Lacey“I received an email from T-Mobile about upgrade options so was shopping at Costco and decided to check in and see what was available. So glad I did. Devan was not only helpful and kind, he has one of the best customer-first attitudes I've seen. He walked me through what would happen with the upgrade and made some other suggestions on products I might be interested in. While he was getting some information, Cam walked me through the process to receive my incentives. This is my second experience at the Costco T-Mobile kiosk and I'm hooked on their knowledge of their products and being willing to make sure I had all my questions answered before I left. If you're in the market for a new phone or other services, you need to stop by and see Devan!”
“Utilized this location for a Walmart+ delivery order. If you are not a Walmart+ member you can elect to have a curbside pickup order as long as you purchase $35 minimum. I am a member as It is only $15.00 a month and is reimbursed from my credit card company. Location has more items available than neighboring location and was quick to replace items and resolve quality issues.”
“The service is improved significantly since last time I was with T mobile in 2018. Everything was quick, no hidden fees, even was able to keep the numbers. Verizon couldn't connect unlocked tablet that I bought on amazon and tried to force on me buy their own tablet for double price.. but T mobile had no issues with connecting that. So great service!”
“This was our "go-to" at getting our child situated for college, we were here from the ending of 8/21, a few of our orders was messed up from target.com, but that's not the stores fault. Store was clean and stock was well maintained, employees were very friendly and helpful. Their restrooms were out of service but they did have a secured restroom outside which was well maintained.”

“This is for the front-end staff member that has been my representative for about the past 18 months; his name is Jarred—and I want share with you - the public —and the higher ups— about what this man brings to Verizon…EVERY day. He brings a quiet confidence, there seems to be nothing that rattles this guy, not large amount of customers, dealing with technical questions, training others, he does it all. Jarred is tech savvy enough to be informative and explain in terminology I understand. With active listening and taking ownership of customer needs, it helps Jarred become the customers advocate, looking for ways to maximize the benefits of a Verizon device, accessory or plan. Those are the big points I would think Verizon would like to have their sales force integrate into their interactions with the public. But you don’t have to tell this to Jarred, it is like second nature to him. I bring this up because there ought to be a serious discussion further up the food chain to put this man in a higher position given his common sense approach and his core competencies. I am always glad to engage with Jarred because of his approach; I really don’t think he sells as much as he advocates on my behalf, and for his customers. That is what I think the public really wants… their very own insider, making the best deal for them. Something to not only think about, but to do about. Very Respectfully submitted.”
