“My old phone finally died after 5 good years. I had gone to another location with no help and the workers not listening when I said it was dead and couldn't be charged; told me to go to best buy since they had no inventory of phones i was looking for. But the next day I called this location to make sure they had inventory which they did. Though the phone I was looking for wasn't in stick, Dwyane, helped me pick and set up my new S23 FE. All in all great customer service and no need to keep repeating myself. I'd go back for questions and concerns. This location is hidden in the corner next to a Starbucks and a really good Thai place I was recommended. Thanks again Dwyane, love my new phone and case!”

“Upfront this place is awesome and would highly recommend!I originally went to Best Buy and was given the run around. They said my unit was damaged and not just my front screen. They also didn’t have the part and told me that they would have to hold the phone until the part came. I saw reviews about quick repair and decided to try them. We were able to order the part and was able to hold on to my phone while the part came. The part was ready in two days and once it came in the phone was fixed in 10 minutes. My iPhone 15 pro max works great and the screen quality is just like new. If the need arises for me then I will be coming back. I highly recommend this place.”

“Yesterday I came into this store to sign a new contract and get a new phone. I made it all the way to the sales rep taking the phone out of its box, only to find out a scammer opened an account under my name leaving a debit. So it didn't work out in the end. “Very professional. However, I would not recommend the Motorola Moto phones even though they are in the $125 range. Better buy the $8 coverage insurance, then make calls and FedEx it. The Samsung 15 works fine, for $250.”

“Aaliyah B. helped my friend and I get a new plan setup and a new line added and even stayed way longer than she should’ve after hours to finish up with us due to rude customers showing up after they were already closed and politely informed of that yelling and cursing at her demanding she stays even longer to help them. Aaliyah genuinely tried to help them but they didn’t even know the correct pin to their account and the couple insisted she figures it out for them and they wouldn’t leave until security was being called over. She’s a great worker that had great customer service. This just happened 02/05/2023 a little after 5pm until almost 6pm”

They don't have the OtterBox phone case. To make up for that they do have 13ft drop protection phone case for $30 for soft shell case $25.”

“I am hoping this is the T-Mobile location at the Tacoma Mall. I would like to review, thanking the staff, especially Michael. Earlier today, I dropped my phone and it resulted in the screen breaking. I could not even enter my pin to access my phone, so I logged into my Samsung account and ultimately locked myself out. In order to access my T-Mobile account, a text message verification process is done. However, with my phone broken, I couldn't access my text message. I first drove to the 6th street T-Mobile location and dealt with a very rude employee. He looked at my locked phone, and it was almost as if he presumed I had stolen it, because he simply wrote a website on a sticky note and told me to contact them. I asked them how I could do that if I can't access my phone. He pointed to a tablet and said I could try using that. Of course, that tablet did not have access. So, after weeping for a while, I decided to try the Tacoma Mall location. Thank Goodness for them! Michael sat with me and help me switch the SIM card into an older phone, then I was able to receive a text message to go through the verification process. I am now scheduled to have my phone repaired, and I thank Michael for that.Avoid the 6th Ave location. Go to Tacoma Mall T-Mobile Store instead!”
