Very helpful and very fast. Short lines instead of long lines. Very friendly people. Very clean and well lit place to go and they answer all your questions too.

This place is wonderful! There was no wait and I was able to walk right up to the window. The woman helping me was very nice. This place is right next to where you get your drivers license so super convenient if you need both.

No appointments necessary. I had such a breezy experience! I walked in to ask for guidance on how to transfer my California registration to Washington and $300 later I got new plates, and a new WA car title. The staff was just so pleasant and helpful. It was a peaceful and nice experience (other than the price tag).
