“Let me start by saying I currently have 5 credit unions and 2 banks. As a local small business owner my banking relationships are very very important to me. I use WSECU for my personal banking and have for the last four years. Now at one point I had an issue at the bank where I got pretty ticked off and was considering leaving. However I did not take my business elsewhere. I met the new branch manager Melissa M. and she heard me out. She acknowledged my concerns and was able to provide a solution and long story short retain my business! Since then I have become friends with many of the staff at her location. Of course my favorite employee is Howard G! He’s a great loan officer with tons of knowledge… But mostly he’s just a great conversationalist!Thanks guys for always taking care of me!”

“The staff is fantastic and always helpful. The branch is clean, and I'm always welcomed with a friendly greeting when I walk in. Honestly, they would get a 5 if there were more branches around in Thurston county. They would have less of a line and more ATMs. Overall, I'm happy with this location.”

I have a Pabst Blue Ribbon Credit Card that looks great, and the approval process was fast and easy. I have had the card for over 3 or 4 years now. The interest rate is better than any other card I have ever obtained anywhere. It sounds like I work for them, but I don't.
