8303 Martin Way E, Lacey“Laurie Hoover was welcoming, friendly and instrumental. I’d 3 checking accounts opened in 2015 and 2016. They have been inactive. I went to close them. Laurie had my ID, pulled my info out within 1 minute, helped me close one account, which was alive, gave me the balance in cash. What a lightning pace! Amazingly efficient. She held a VW beetle mouse. How lovely it is. She told me she needs to do some research on the other two accounts which were closed and she’ll call me as available. It took me no more than 15 minutes. What a pleasant visit to bank!
Just as I walked into where I lodged, she called and explained status of the other 2 accounts.
