Closing all of my accounts with this company. On hold on phone for 45 minutes. They have been going downhill for yearssss. Closing multiple locations. Zero phone customer service etc.

Bank of America has no respect for its customers. I have banked there for over 35 years and I had some bills come in a day before my check and they made me overdrawn. So the bank puts a hold on my check when I deposited it on Tuesday and doesn't allow me to access my money until Friday. Meanwhile denying my monthly bills and charging me for original overdraft fees even though I have overdraft protection. They really messed me up for the week considering I had no money at the start and had to go the entire week before having access. I called to ask why and all the representative could say was the line that all checks are subject to holds, blah blah. Less than helpful. Am really looking into closing account.

Opened up a business checking account here once for a fledgeling startup (Internet Marketing). This was before we had any clients so we didn't have a lot of money at all in this account because we were on a shoestring at that point, pivoting between freelance and agency and our rep - the moment she realized we weren't going to be a cash-cow she treated us like second class citizens and the entire process was extremely rude. She even refused to assist us further in any capacity while we were still banking there. I promptly closed this account and moved it to the credit union on 6th.One other time I had deposited a cheque that was signed by a CEO of a company, the signature didn't match the one typically on file because someone else is usually writing the checks. I had to sit there for an hour while they compared signatures and gave me dirty glances awhile whispering to each-other like I was some kind of fraudster who would be dumb enough to pull a petty crime on camera. And this was a small cheque mind you, like $500 or some goofy amount. When they finally found the signature they changed their tone, but I didn't even get an apology.

Today I had to rearrange my account. This turned out to be far more complicated than expected, through no fault of BofA. Things like dead cell phone numbers, an unexpected need for my late wife's death certificate, ... The officer (Le) I dealt with could not have been more helpful, spending as much time as was needed (a lot), figuring out the best solution to my issues I very seldom write reviews, but am happy to be able to do so this evening.

You closed the Centralia branch so the closest is about 25 miles north from where I live or over 25 miles south. Not even a ATM to use. This is ridiculous to have to drive that far to go to the ATM. Thinking about going to another bank at least the other banks have branches & drive thru that you can go to.

BOA basically sucks.Just tried to add my son's email or text to our shared account, so he'd be notified of balance issues. Nope. Years ago you shut down branch in Aberdeen, sad, then shut down your Hawks Prairie branch here in Lacey, why?

I have been a BOA customer for little over 7 years, great banking services. The only complaint is they have less and less locations to access to. Aberdeen, Shelton, Centralia locations have all been closed throughout the years, making my banking needs very hard to meet. I might have to switch to another bank in Grays Harbor area for easy access. I love BOA, but I can't always drive 45mins to have access to an ATM for deposit.

Understaffed all the time. 30+ min wait every time I’m here. Staff is great and it’s sad to see the management allow them to be this stressed out handling 2x the customers they should.

Lobby service only, lines out the door with only 2 tellers, 10-4 weekday hours only, I only have to go here to make a deposit for someone once a month, I would never personally bank there.

Nice and clean establishment, but the upselling is ridiculous, when a customer says for the 4th time no thank you let them be!! Don't try to tag team and keep selling the product while still failing to help the customer with the task they came to complete. Unnecessarily frustrating experience that took way longer than necessary.

They work from 10am-4pm. This is completely impractical for the working person to get to the bank and work with someone. These are the worst banker hours I have ever seen. What normal person can come in between 10am-4pm without having to take time off from work in the middle of the day. Extremely disappointed and will be considering other banks given this.

in their notice it says that they attend Saturday 10am-2pm it is 1:28pm and they are no longer attending, they really play with people's time... it is unpleasant that they only attend during the week until 4pm and that despite that I came today asking for authorization at my work for this?? to have a sign with wrong information!!!!!

They are rude, and unprofessional!!!!!!! They refused to cash a valid check even with all requested identification. I wasted fuel and my time to be refused!!!!

I think I'm gonna have to switch Banks. This company has no respect for your time. I shouldn't have to call multiple times before you pick up because you don't have enough staff and just hope I give up on trying to get ahold of you. Hire more staff. It's ridiculous that you don't have someone on standby at the phone at ALL TIMES. Speaking of time, your hours are also extremely inconvenient. "Oh yeah we'll just close right when everyone is coming home work and needs to deposit their paychecks." Another thing to consider is having your automated voice thing immediately tell you how to get ahold of a human being. That should be first thing it tells you, not the last. I don't ever want to speak to a terribly programmed robot. Nobody does. Get it together

Still having problems accessing my own money. In an emergency type situation this bank will let you down every time. They have costed me over a thousand dollars because I can’t use my own money I’ve worked hard for. Instead of owning up to their bad they offer excuses and shift the blame to you. I will be closing my account. This is ridiculous. I used to have no problems. Now I’m discriminated against.
