When I got frustrated trying to put on a new set of wipers outside the store he came out and figured out a way to secure them by reversing the order of snapping the plastic retainer to the wiper.

Came to this location looking for help with my wipers. I had never replaced mine before and Tristian helped me find a new pair in the rights size for my car. I also had no idea how to install them. Tristian and his boss, I believe was named Rodney, helped me with no problem. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
