He was very helpful and even discovered my headlight was still good....just not plugged in! He saved me the time & money I was going to spend at the repair shop. Richard should be commended for his helpful attitude. IF all the employees were as helpful, you would earn every customer's loyalty!”

“"Josh" (Joshua), assisted me on several occasions within a months time span. Everytime I called autozone with questions he would thoroughly answer my questions and suggest recommendations without pressing sales. My recent experience with him spared me a visit to the dealership where I am most certain that I would have spent at least $400+ on diagnostics, parts and labor. But I followed my intuition and went to autozone first where Josh happened to be on shift. He suggested to charge my battery and perform a battery, starter, and alternator test which ruled out that my battery was the culprit and not the alternator. I ended up purchasing a battery on spot and he installed it, no labor charge. I don't write reviews often, however , it is rare these days to experience customer service from a person who is genuinely passionate about helping others. Thank you Josh for your patience and assistance.”

Before it was no difference for me where to by auto parts. But one day in another autoparts shop they didn't want to get their product back because I lost my receipt. Even though I was their customer for year or so! They had my phone number in their system, they could even trace all my shopping in their shop. But yet they didn't want to help me with my return.
From that day on I go only to O'Reilly Auto Parts.”
“First time at this location. Greeted by the coolest employee that played along perfectly with our gallows humour. I failed to get their name but it appeared to be two initials. Got in and out quickly with what we needed. Not sure if buying an axe with my fiancé was a wise choice, but I'll just have to be behaved. The gorgeous Amanda assisted us in checking out. So awesome..laughed at my obtuse humour and had applied all coupons without me even having to pull them up. Cool cute bat tattoo too!!”

So they searched through the database until they found what we all agreed was most likely what was needed, and if it wasn't we could bring it right back. With necessary info of course. But they didn't have to do all that. The parts store down the road wouldn't! But we were in a hurry and nowhere close to the broken down vehicle. Thanks guys, that's the 2nd time we've left the parts store down the road to bring our business to you. Friendly, helpful staff really makes a difference and from now on we go the extra 2 blocks to come to you first.”

“They do great work and have great customer service. My vehicle was brought in, they did a solid repair. Another 8 or 9 months later it turns out a cable on my adaptive cruise control was smashed during the original accident, but didn't act up until recently. They took the car in and had the issue fixed in a day with no charge. I'd recommend them and would use them again.”
“I’d give Jesse 10/10 if the stars would let me. Called about a week in advance for an appointment for an IGLA and Compustar system combo on my Charger. He shifted his schedule around and accommodated me for an early install. I was also in the middle of moving and asked if he could have the car ready around 3, he went above and beyond and finished at 1. He took the time to explain every little thing about the systems with me and let me ask any questions without making me feel stupid.
