“The ATM for the Bank of America is very strategically located so that you can pull right up in front of it and Park. It's at the corner of the Safeway and located in front of some businesses so that you don't feel like you're going to be hit over the head while you're doing your business there. It's lovely to have an ATM so close to all those businesses in the strip mall there. Very convenient and safe feeling.”

“I'm from out of town and needed my prescription filled as I was running low. I was greeted and was asked for my information and was told it would be 15 -20 minutes for the prescription to be filled and plus what my co-pay would be. So I visited the Starbucks for a cup of coffee inside and walked around through the store and after 20 minutes returned to the pharmacy window and BAM my prescription was ready. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! The employees in the pharmacy were very responsive and professional plus very nice to me.”

“Today I had to rearrange my account. This turned out to be far more complicated than expected, through no fault of BofA. Things like dead cell phone numbers, an unexpected need for my late wife's death certificate, ... The officer (Le) I dealt with could not have been more helpful, spending as much time as was needed (a lot), figuring out the best solution to my issues I very seldom write reviews, but am happy to be able to do so this evening.”
