This branch is amazing. Everyone is very helpful and I never have to wait. I can't say enough good things about the downtown Kirkland branch.

I have banked at the downtown Kirkland branch for many years. They are always efficient and professional. Peter, Melissa, Joy and Linda provide great customer service. Although I no longer live in Kirkland I continue to use this branch because how great the staff is.
