It's a large store, and if you can't find it here (or a different brand), I'd be surprised. Extensive deli, produce, and wine, frozen goods, meat/fish - both butcher counter and packaged products, and well stocked shelf goods. Their produce seems well above average quality, with a large selection, including organic options.
Lots of coupons, including in-store "Use this coupon 5 or more times on similarly marked items" for lowest price (s), "Buy…or more" reduced prices, which I've used many times.
Good bakery - buy my favorite bread here. Small florist, but appears well stocked.
I've used their pharmacy for many years; knowledgeable - and friendly staff, excellent service.
Their retail pharmacy section is small, but all the common items.
The staff is uniformly friendly, and helpful, which goes a long way in the loyalty department.
In the past I've heard opinions that their prices were higher than the usual competition, but since I rarely shop anywhere else I can't offer an informed opinion. I do save many hundreds of $ yearly by using coupons, in store specials, and waiting for desired items to be on sale and stocking up.”
“Plenty of space to peruse and shop but can get pretty busy. Lots of mark-downs and deals. You won't get any of the sketchy activity or widespread shoplifting that's currently plaguing grocery/retail stores in Seattle.”
“I had an incredible experience at this Pharmacy recently. When I needed medication urgently in an emergency, they went the extra mile to ensure I received it quickly. Their prompt and efficient service left me extremely grateful for their dedication and support. I highly recommend this Pharmacy for their exceptional care and assistance.”
“The pharmacist and her team are incredible. I was there to pick up my prescription and saw how busy they were . I needed to get a Covid shot and they were kind enough to squeeze me. I was nervous about getting the shot but the pharmacist was very patient and assuring . This has been my neighborhood pharmacy for years and just wanted to say thank you!”

11224 NE 124th St, Kirkland“I like being able to get in and out if QFC quickly. Depending on the store, it can either be small and rather lacking in specialty stuff or a bigger one that can fill all your needs. And you get Fred Meyer fuel points, too! Always clean. If you want a fun excursion, go to the QFC on Dravis just south of the Ballard bridge. It's crazy small, like teeny weeny hobbit sized, and it's amazing to see how much product they can get on the shelves.”

Ended up switching to a different pharmacy after 2 months of this.Otherwise, they are normally great. Also, it's handy having my scripts filled where I get groceries so I can usually kill 2 stones with one bird.”

8629 120th Ave NE, Kirkland“Everyone at this pharmacy so far has been super
helpful, very nice, and has gone above and beyond checking medication stock and helping me navigate coupons for filling my prescription. The customer service so has been nothing short of awesome and is very refreshing compared to
other pharmacies!”

12221 120th Ave NE, Kirkland“Outstanding customer service and a staff that truly cares. The staff is personable, kind, easy to get a hold of and goes out of their way to help. I use to be a loyal Walgreens customer but after trying Fred Meyer Pharmacy there was no going back. Hands down Fred Meyer is friendlier, faster, and has better pricing. They also have a drive through, which was a big reason why I tried them out, glad I did.”

10020 NE 137th St, Kirkland“Jacob was really helpful with filling my scrip today.
I've also had issues getting my Adderall scrip filled because of the national shortage. None of which is the pharmacy staff's fault. Both times the people I spoke to on the phone took the time to explain the issue and recommended other pharmacies or routes of acquiring my medication.”

14130 Juanita Dr NE SUITE #107, Kirkland“Surprised to read some of the recent reviews, I had a prescription sent here almost a year ago because of constant issues with Walgreens. The pharmacist Ive interacted with the most, Thuc, is fantastic. He’s followed up with doctors proactively when strength seemed off for our infant son, always gives context (take this with a probiotic), etc. I send everything here because of him.”
“Shout out to the photo department. I placed an order for 8 canvases (2 weeks til due date knowing it might take time). What I loved about this team is the communication they provided. They called me informing me that they didn't have items in stock and that they will try to order. They called me again to tell them they couldn't order the canvas but they were going to try to get the canvas from other stores. Then, they confirmed that they received all items and wanted to confirm that I wanted to continue. Absolutely excellent communication with your customer. Shout out to Ryan, Kubu, and Katie!!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”

10625 NE 68th St, Kirkland“We got our latest COVID-19 boosters here, because it was the closest location that stocked the child dosage. I also got my RSV vaccination, because it seems I'm getting old. Service was kind of slow, but no points off for that because every pharmacy (like practically everything medical) has been slow since the mass retirements during the worst of the pandemic. The pharmacist was fantastic: cheerful, happy to answer questions, good at giving injections with minimal pain. (She's the one with the very posh British accent.) Besides general necessity, we got the vaccinations in anticipation of travel. Last time we flew, I got COVID-19 in the Los Angeles airport, and time before that, my wife got it in the same place. Airports are bad news for disease -- worse than the planes once everyone is seated. I mention the travel because we were very low on two medicines I take regularly, and I didn't want to hunt for them while we're away. They had them both -- on mix-and-match second item half price. Finally, for candy enthusiasts, this store is a dreamland. Other than specialty candy stores, I don't think I've seen that much candy in a small store in a long time. The boy was excited about that aspect of the store, even more than the vaccination. I'd switch our pharmacy business there if the store were closer, even if Bartell Drug has been bought out by Rite-Aid, which is currently in bankruptcy.”

12405 NE 85th St, Kirkland“I've had nothing but good service here, both in the pharmacy and regular check out up front. The pharmacy staff here are always slammed, and I always see customers getting angry, rude, and super impatient. Kindness goes a long way, and the pharmacy staff are not just chilling - I've sat and waited for my script and watched them, and they are multi tasking and doing the best they can. I've brought in new prescriptions to refills, and they've always filled them in a timely manner, called my name if I'm wandering the store, and are always super nice! I like the sales they have on their holiday items after the holiday is over (sometimes things are 70% off!). They also have a decent make up and nails section, and a lot of things to peruse if you're waiting for your prescription.”

12405 NE 85th St, Kirkland“This pharmacy has always gone above and beyond for me. I've utilized their services since before Covid. Have I had to wait sometimes, yes. I have waited at many pharmacies. When I moved from Kirkland to Bellevue, I tried closer pharmacies and returned to Rose Hill Walgreens.”

“I’d never heard of CityScript until my dermatologist recommended them for a cream I needed. I got notification the same day that my Rx was ready and was given the choice to pickup or have delivered. I chose the latter and had my Rx within a couple days. Super easy and quick.”
