“From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. I came for this weekend bc for me a was huge Jewish holiday wich falls in Friday Saturday so we where looking for an hotel near close the temple I must to said also that The front desk XANDER AND MEKAN was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They were always ready to assist with any requests, whether it was recommending or providing information about the hotel's amenities.The check-in process was smooth and efficient we actually call bc for me when is Friday we have some restrictions on to use electricity items such an elevator or turn it on lights and we ask the front desk to check over the phone bc after that we arrive it stars our holiday and we may not use our phone ? or any electricity item over the phone to put us on 1st floor bc we can’t use elevator and we where fasting for 24 hr and my husband and I we had to walk from the hotel to the Jewish temple starts , and the XENDER AND MAKAN even went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their friendly demeanor and genuine hospitality made me feel truly welcome.I would highly recommend this hotel based on the outstanding service provided by the front desk MEKAN & XENDER. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly commendable.

“Great hotel, friendly service and quiet rooms. I was worried when I noticed that we were positioned right next to the ice machine but you can't hear anything in the room. The only trouble we've had was finding parking.”

“Our stay here was indeed comfortable and the location is convenient. Our room was clean except for a few hairs on the bathroom floor.

Our room door didn't latch on it's own, which is a security issue, you have to shut it tight to make sure it latches. As we were walking down the hallway I saw several other doors that were not latched, so I know this is an issue with other doors as well.

The breakfast buffet was appreciated and tasted good, but there is very little seating and several people were taking food back to their rooms because there was nowhere to sit.

My girls enjoyed the hot tub and pool. There were towels available and the area was clean.”
