“After a not so nice experience with the first room I got, the reception responded incredibly quickly to my complaint - I got a renovated room, high floor, quiet and super pleasant... Thank you. There are an incredible number of opportunities to eat, shop and much more here and the surrounding nature is already similar to Canada. A very nice experience”

“Great hotel with ample amenities! Breakfast is $20, the only drawback. The hotel is in city center and in very close proximity to Bellevue city center corporate offices, restaurants, commuter buses, etc. Room had full size bathroom amenities and mini fridge which had 2 mini water bottles. Microwave was available in the Water vending area. Coffee options in the room was very limited. Spacious large rooms with comfy beds, a good size work desk, reading lights, closet had iron and iron board with some hangers, and a large screen Tv! The room interiors are modern and if you’re lucky you can get to see Mt. Rainier from your room window!”

“My wife and I stayed here for one night during a quick trip to Bellevue. The hotel itself is wonderful and the service was top notch. The room was quaint if a bit cramped and the bed too firm for my liking. Otherwise it was exactly what we needed for a relatively affordable overnight. I also can’t recommend getting over to Farine enough.Rooms: The room was a bit cramped and winding, and the bed was far too firm for me.Nearby activities: There are several restaurants in walking distance. I went to Farine, which is a couple blocks but well worth the trip. Amazing French bakery and cafe!Noteworthy details: The room had an actual, accessible balcony. Haven’t seen one of those in forever!”

“The place is aesthetically pleasing, the rooms are great, breakfast is delicious. But the people is what makes it stand out. Thank you, Ryan, you are our hero! Thanks all the staff who make it great.”

“I really enjoy staying at this hotel. A bit outside of downtown Seattle, which has become increasingly dangerous and dirtier over the years, you really feel at home here. The rooms are great, the bed is super comfortable, and the restaurants in the area are also really good.”

“This place was really nice. I am glad I chose this place over some of the other hotels in the area. I know it had mixed reviews, so I was cautious. It was hard to find and Google sent me to the building in from of the hotel, which was a day care. We had to ask someone where the hotel was and they directed us to go around to the back side of the building. Once we found where to go, I was glad that it was tucked away from the noise of the street. The hotel grounds were very nice and had lots of trees. The hotel check in associate was very helpful and welcoming. He gave us a detailed map so we knew where to park and how to get to our room. We even ended up getting a small credit on our account which allowed us to purchase some breakfast the next morning. The hotel seemed clean and well kept and the lobby was really beautiful. We stayed on the first floor and it seemed fairly quiet. We didn’t hear any stomping or slamming doors, which I was grateful for. The room was plenty large, had a good size tv and a small microwave and fridge. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets were clean and we had plenty of pillows. The bathroom was a good size and the towels were clean and soft. I wish there was a fan in the bathroom, but that was the only complaint about that room. We were only here for 1 night for a concert in town so we got to the hotel very late. Maybe I was too tired to hear any noise, but I honestly didn’t notice any. They do charge to park at the hotel, but it was reasonable. The breakfast also cost money, but was also reasonable. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Bellevue. There aren’t a lot of places to eat within walking distance, so you might need a car; unless you really like to walk.”

“My husband & I spent 2 nights here with our little toddler. The 1 bedroom suite was perfect for our little family. We put the pack 'n play up in the livingroom & still had plenty of space for eating & sitting. The little kitchenette was perfect for us! The warm breakfast each morning was very good for hotel food. Overall, it was a quiet, comfortable stay. My only suggestions for changes were some softer mattresses (ours was super firm, & my back complained after 2 nights on it), more items past 2 for families sharing the rooms (for example, we only had 2 chairs at the table & 2 bath towels), some trays to help with carrying breakfast foods, & some hand lotion along with the toiletries provided. All would be nice touches to make a great stay even better!”

“Went to my nephew's wedding. The airflow was fantastic. You could feel the air moving in this giant atrium where the ceremony was. Made me feel a little better about being around many people with elders in the room during the upsurge in Covid cases locally. Good job Hilton.”

“Amanda checked us in when we arrived. A friendlier person you could not hope for. The rest of the staff at the desk was just as friendly. The breakfast was great, the staff there was also friendly. Our room was attended to everyday, which is something you just dont see anymore. We were there for 16 days 5/3/23-5/18/23, on business and could not have been happier with our stay. Hampton is our preferred hotel when we travel and this one did not disappoint. They even gave us a free stamp to put on a Mothers Day card. Its the little things......”

“The rings are a little outdated, but for the price and location, you can't go wrong. The entire staff was very warm and welcoming! They have breakfast ideas in the am, and a little spot where you can grab to go items at any time. Stove, frig, and microwave in the rooms abs laundry facilities. Great spot to stay!!”

“We were there for 2 weeks, we liked the room, location and especially hospitality of the front desk staff (she said she is New, we forgot to ask her name sorry ?). She always greeted us with a big smile and provided good service. Because of her, I am giving a four star. We have few concerns below ?1. Towels looked clean but we always found at least 1 or 2 hairs on each and every towels.2. One front desk female staff, who is young and has curly black hair (I found her doing her homework at front desk) was rude and seemed like she didn't want to respond mostly. Within two weeks of our stay, we have never seen a single smile and being nice even once. A day before our departure, I had a very simple question, since I met her outside of the front desk door and since no one was on the desk, I asked her, she said she was not clocked in yet so she didn't want to response. I requested again it's very small and simple common question, she could reply just yes or no. She got so mad and yelled at me, saying I annoyed and disturbed her. There was another customer nearby who overheard us called me and asked why was she mad and if he can help me. I told what happened and he said he didn't have good impression of her as well and simply helped with my question.3. Since we were not originally planned to stay for 2 weeks, we had to extend our stay while staying there. Unfortunately, one day was overlapped in our new booking that means we ended up paying two times per one night. We brought our concerns to front desk staff, who responded that front desk can't cancelled or reimburse so asked to call customer service, when we did, we were told since it was already paid, its unable to cancel or reimburse the overpayment. So we ended up double payment for one day ?.”

“Better then I expected and looks in the pictures. Service was smooth, a teenager possibly or very young looking guy helped check me in, very quickly without delay. Very impressed as I wasn't thinking il get this level of service and clean and nice rooms.Wish mine had a microwave as I reheat my food. But still worth coming here. Well done for not being like the other hotels nearby.”

“Tucked into the trees behind what looked like office buildings, provided a very quiet and pleasant experience. Clean and comfortable room, safe area, close to the highway. Definitely would stay here again.”
