“Thanh and his team did excellent work on my car! They were fast, professional, and extremely courteous throughout the whole process.I got in my first car accident, and I had no idea how to go through the insurance process. I called around to try to figure out what to do and how long it would take. All of the shops I talked to before STAGE had at least a month wait time for an estimate and didn't take the time to explain the process. Once I called STAGE, Thanh walked me through the whole process and said he would have an estimate ready by the end of the week.Repairs took about five to six weeks to complete, but they would have been faster if it wasn't for the current part's shortage. Either way, the repairs were completed before some other shops would have even given me an estimate. Thanh kept me updated throughout the process, and did a great job making things understandable.Overall, I would highly recommend working with Thanh and STAGE COLLISION CENTER. I hope I never need collision work on my car again, but if I do I will definitely be returning.”

And from the start I knew I made a good decision from when I brought it in for the assessment and quote, to scheduling, and the constant communication about the progress and status of my vehicle, to even when I picked it up today it was cleaner inside than it was when I left it with them. Also cant mention enough how professional and helpful the staff here is. “I was on my way to work and randomly decided to pop into McLeod to see if they might have been able to help me with my 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ. The driver's side door was stuck shut and I couldn't open it at all. I was entering on the passenger side and hopping over. They immediately identified the problem and were able to fix it quickly. The cherry on top was the price was much lower than I was expecting! I hope I never have to visit a body shop again, but if I do, I will be returning to McLeod! Thank you team!”

“I will say I did not get any work done here yet - but after getting the runaround for 3 months at one of the “big name” places on getting an estimate including multiple appointments in the middle of the work day and waiting months for the write-up, I gave up the chain place and found this shop. They gave me an estimate in 24 hrs, and corresponded with insurance promptly. They didn’t balk at me and my not-so-nice vehicle and were kind and timely. When I finally do get insurance in gear and get to fix my poor little work truck, I’ll be sure to come here as they didn’t harass me to make appointments, rent a car through them or any of that BS, just an honest shop and for that I am really grateful.”

“I just absolutely loved these people and I wanted to make sure everyone knew about them.I took my Honda Civic in for front bumper repair when it pulled out from the left a bit by the parking stop (a little concrete slab line). First I went to two other shops in the area and they don't even bother to come out and take a look and began to give me estimate dates that were at-least a month out. One guy even refused to really talk with me which was so weird.Driving around disappointed I saw and rolled into this place, Showcase, and was met by a very friendly classic American charm. The front-desk lady asked the estimator to go out with me and look at it right away. We came out and he realized it was a small piece of work. He brought out his mechanic with a toolbox who fixed it in less than 15 minutes right there in front of me, while I had a very nice chat with the estimator, Rod. Who does that anymore?They charge me very very reasonably and I even offered to pay more but they declined. I honestly could not believe such amazing people still existed around here. I was ready for loosing a lot of money. This place is a gem.”

It's also really hard to find body shops that works on the high roof transits.
I really appreciate how hard they worked to get my work vehicle back to me. I know it must not be easy for them dealing with insurance companies but they did a great job of informing me on the progress and when I could expect my vehicle back.
I would not hesitate in bringing another vehicle to Collision Masters in the future.
