“Member for 12 years. I have used this location for several years. Always had a great experience. Recently I came in to get my daughter a debit card and had an extra great time. Today I went in with several questions and the 3 ladies working took the time to explain everything to me and it really helped my understanding of how the online banking system works. I really appreciate the extra time they spent. Highly recommend.”

“I stopped into the Kirkland branch to make some changes to our accounts due to an estate plan that we have. The estate plan required FDPOA and other documents to filed to meet the requirement of the estate plan. The process did take some time work through as there were several steps that needed to be completed. Othellon worked diligently and professionally to make sure that all of the documents and requirements were accurately followed. He was very personable and had an interest in making sure that we were satisfied that our goals and expectations were met. “If I can give this BECU a 10, I would. I came in 40 minutes before they close on a Saturday. One lady came up and asked me how she can help, then assisted me in signing in the electronic queue. There were several customers ahead in line and I wasn’t sure they will be able to get to me before they close. I was afraid they’d get to me only to tell me to come back another day because they’re closed. Luckily, that wasn’t their policy. The young man who helped me was very pleasant and did not try to sell me any products or discourage me from closing my accounts. He was very professional and explained each step of the process. He didn’t try to rush me even though their office was closed by the time he was helping me. They are in every way the opposite of the Wells Fargo in Totem Lake in their customer service. I will recommend them over WF on any given day.”

“Great branch. We drive 12 miles from home to bank here. They have always had exceptional bank managers, including the current one now. They are always knowledgeable and helpful. We sometimes deposit at a closer branch, but we come here to do in person transactions and open accounts.”

“It may seem a bit odd to be leaving a review of a bank branch, but the DT Kirkland branch of Banner Bank is special. My wife and I have done our banking here for over 10 years. Recently retired manager Dave was always helpful and friendly, even though our dog didn't always reciprocate his friendliness. But the container of Milkbones was kept near Dave's office door, so Dave always came out to say "hi"to Beta. Joan and Aruja always had a sincere interest in meeting our banking service needs. Both are such great assets to the Banner community. The DT Kirkland branch is a great example of why banking should retain retail outlets: they are service quality differentiators and a part of the local community.”
“Cerise, the branch manager, deserves recognition for doing an excellent job assisting us with the money transfer. Although this branch not being the closest to our home, we chose to come here due to a negative experience at the Totem Lake branch.The lady at Totem Lake Branch didn't know how to do a domestic wire transfer and kept asking us for help, and isn't willing to seek help from her colleagues, even with our requests. It's very frustrated, and we promptly left and visit this branch instead. I believe we make a great decision.”

“This place is located in downtown Kirkland by the waterfront. There is free customer parking in the back. When I went around 10:30AM on a weekday there was no wait and the service was friendly.”
“Trying to do a wire transfer at the bank today. Went to two branches before this one, one does not have permission to do it, one is super busy. Called this one and get an appointment within 15min. Have doubt at first due to low rating. After I sat down and start everything, I know I need to give 5star so that people like me will have more confidence on this branch.
