There wasn’t any wasted time and ZERO pressure.I needed a reasonably priced replacement for my Maytag that finally gave out after years. I ended up giving this business a shot and didn’t regret it at all! Showed up with my own truck and within 30min grabbed a washer and was headed home.The washer I ended up purchasing wasn’t scratched or dented, it was a brand new GE Profile with manufacturer warranty. It still cost me less than the lowest sales price available online at any retailer, and I was able to have a same day resolution.”

“I replaced all our appliances but i wanted to have someone inspect the locations to ensure a fit and any other surprises. Arnolds did not provide this service unfortunately and i did have to spend an additional $2000 to make adjustments once tge appliances were delivered and before they could be installed. Not good and what i wanted to avoid”

“Absolutely incredible customer service. They answered my calls, patiently heard me out, and carefully walked me through a series of steps until I figured out what was wrong with my heater. And when I realized I needed a few parts - for a marine heater that's 14 years old - they looked them up, had them in stock, and shipped them across the country in a matter of days. All this for someone who wasn't their original install. I won't go anywhere else for heating needs!”

“Visited 3 other kitchen and bathroom sink + lighting showrooms over the past 3 weeks... This Ferguson Showroom near T-Mobile Park was superior in its selection and the rep, Luis, was truly 2ND TO NONE in his knowledge and customer care. The guy was a true pro.
He even stayed late to work with us after the store closed at 5pm on a Saturday!

“Wonderful customer service. We really appreciated this store and the friendly helpful employees. We bought an item that ended up needing to be returned. When we arrived there was a local outage because a vehicle had taken out a power pole and Internet was down impacting many businesses in the area.The employee at the store took our item and then promptly processed the return after the service was restored. This saved us a return trip to the store and a lot of frustration.Excellent store with awesome selection snd service that is above and beyond. Thank you !!”
