“Can I give 10 stars? We broke down on our way to the Mariners play off game. He worked amazing miracles. Helped find a tow, was getting parts, got us back on the road. Kudos to Kitsap Towing for a difficult spot to pick up our car from. We made it to the game when we'd lost hope and saw 10 of the 15 innings!”
“Dropped off car early morning without an appointment, and they were able to do an alignment, tire replacement, and brake pad replacement all same day.
Offered me a lot of options, didn't try to upsell me on anything, just discussed tradeoffs clearly. When my brake pads turned out to require dealer-specific versions, they got them from the dealership and didn't charge me for the additional cost (would have been more than the original quote).

“Great folks. Went for a pre safety check because I hit a pothole and handling felt not so precise. They inspected brake pad, suspension and all the other pre safety checks for free.
I got the alignment done and handling went back to normal. They charged way less than honda dealership.
