“Scotty is a true master at his craft. I have called honda certified techs, ASE auto electric shops, online forums etc. Racking my brain and to get my older honda civic alternator to charge while installed in the car. Bench tested fine but in car, no worky. Come to find out the thru an old honda bulletin released years back, it is a grounding design flaw that burns out the PCM. This results in a no charge unless you replace the PCM, keys, ignition and reprogram them, all to the vehicle, nitemare. Needless to say Scotty "beamed me up" and watered my eyes. He took the time at his shop, on the bench and showed me how to feed wire it and make work. Once again a big big. Thanks !!!!”

“I recently had my drivers side mirror damaged while going thru a car wash. Kent Collision Center replaced the mirror. I am beyond impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. I couldn't get my car in for a few days after the mirror came in, so that gave them time to paint the mirror. I dropped my car off about 10:00am. A few hours later I got a message I could pick my car up at 3:30pm. The mirror looked great. My car had been washed and then I realized the. inside was cleaned also. It looked so good. “I love this place! They were so very nice and gave me all the info I could ask for and more!! I only went in for an estimate so far because my car got hit by a golf cart that the maintenance guys use, while I was parked, and it was actually a huge dent and I needed an estimate. I actually have to get three because they think they're going to choose the cheapest one, however, at pro finish I was informed that the law in Washington state is that you get to pick who does the work on your car, you don't have to go with the cheapest estimate.
