Constantly sending my child's prescription late due to issues. There is always something and they are constantly losing my insurance information. I have 2 insurances but they always lose one of the insurances information and make us wait over a week for it to update to send medication

My prescription arrived March 28th at Accredo, my prior authorization arrived April 5th, I still do not have my prescription. I have spent hours on the phone, I am currently on hold for the past 40 minutes. I thought United Healthcare was bad, Accredo is terrible. Unfortunatley, I have to put a star or cannot post.

I was in dire need of humira and got a pre-authorization letter in Nov of 23 , today is 4/22/24 ,and I just got notice that they are thinking about it . I've already got a good pharmacy.waiting for these ??, I would be in hospital racked in pain ?accredo
