“I highly recommend commercial tire .We had a blow out heading back from Oregon and the other tire wasn’t look so good and we wouldn’t of made it home with out another blow out..we went to Walmart first cause it was across the street from were we got gas and it was a 5 hour wait , we had to get back to Spokane to pick daughter up from camp didn’t have 5 hours so we called commercial tire, they got us in and out with a new set of tires in a hour and half Thank you so much..”

“Staff is usually friendly & knowledgeable about products & placement or products. Store is always clean and well stocked. Selection or products are always changing and produce a verity. They provide regular checkout & "self checkout" , For the "self checkout" it feels like they are hovering over you and start take your products out and scanning it evening when your not ready. If it's indeed self check out give customers some space unless help is requested. Makes me feel rushed & helicoptered. *today tried the cookie that replaced the churro. Chewy in the middle good balance of chocolate throughout cookie but a little Burt on the edges. Will try again at our next visit.”

“I decided to visit 360 automotive, as I had a nagging issue on my vehicle that I suspected was a starter issue. It was not something that happened 100% of the time. The issue happened maybe 1 in 20 starts. This made it incredibly difficult to diagnose as most mechanics require consistent failure before they agree on a cause. This was the case with the dealer. They advised nothing they could do and even tried to blame the driver to excuse it away. They refused to even look at it because it wasn't a consistent problem. I have intermediate knowledge of cars so I was pretty sure the cause. They said it didn't matter, they wouldn't replace the starter or even look at it unless they could see the failure. I then called another reputable small auto shop but over the phone they said unless it has failed, they would not be able to replace the starter. They also had a long wait. I gave 360 a shot. Called them and they said come on in the next day! Very accommodating!
They did exactly what I had hoped and what someone working on their own car would do. They took the time to try to reproduce the failure. They also didn't treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about. They took what I said into account, and used it to help diagnose. Sure enough, got it to happen maybe 1 out of the 20 or 30 starts. Once they identified, they could determine the likely cause and remedy. They provided a quote and completed the work quickly. Replacing the starter on this particular model is no small feat. For me, it would have taken me days to complete. These guys did it in just a few hours. I was impressed even with them being professionals that's still a big deal to me.
They did great work and the issue has NEVER returned. They were the only ones willing to actually take the time to try to find the problem. They showed me what I value in a mechanic/shop:
1. A restless nature to find the issue not matter what it takes (time etc.)
2. Listening and believing the owner and taking that information to help with the diagnosis/troubleshooting steps.
3. Performing the work with care and skill.
