For going above and beyond!I was extremely stressed out I was trying to take my original tires off my 2014 Toyota Tundra, and put on my stocked Tires! Now my stocked tires already has the rims and all that needs to be done to put the tires on! All except 5 Lug Nuts! I went to Les Schwab for them to tell me it’ll cost 298.70 to take the tires off my truck and put on the tires I had in my trunk! I was almost convinced that I should do it until I seen Discount Tires! I decided to stop in and just compare prices! To my surprise Ben told me that he would do it free of charge & went above and beyond and found 4 lug nuts that I could have all free of charge! He even got me in same day ! So coming back for my appointment I spoke with Omar! He was very nice very communicative and made sure I understood everything going on! I went and purchased 5 lug nuts because I just wanted to make sure if Ben couldn’t find any that I came prepared! Omar let me know that the ones I purchased were the wrong ones! But he made sure that I was still leaving with my tires switched! Not only that he gave me the right information on my lug nuts so when I do go an purchase more I get the right ones! Now if that’s not customer service idk what is!Omar & Ben Thank you! You guys have no ideas how easy and stress free you guys made this experience for me! I am definitely coming back for any Vehicle Service!This is a place to come to when you need someone to care for your vehicle as much as you do! Discount Tires! THANK YOU!”
