“Overall, my experience was positive, with the exception of some insurance-related issues. If your insurance requires you to use an aftermarket part, thoroughly inspect it before installation. I had to return the aftermarket part and have an OEM part installed, which resolved all issues.
When I dropped off my car, it was dirty, but it was washed before it was returned to me. There were a few minor issues that bothered me, such as tape residue on the front window that I had to remove with a razor blade.
While I appreciate the hard work and customer service provided, there were some areas where attention to detail could be improved. The bumper did not fit properly, and the tape residue on the window was overlooked.
Despite these issues, I had a generally positive experience. The customer service was good, and I appreciate the efforts made to ensure my satisfaction with the work performed. Thank you for accommodating my needs and completing the repairs efficiently.”

“Late last night I needed a tow in remote area of southeastern Washington state. Called triple A using membership. Had to upgrade for additional $50 because of commercial vehicle. Waited over 1 hr. No response. Called triple A back & found out they couldn’t get a truck out until morning. Called Big tow because I know of their good reputation. Truck & very capable driver arrived promptly. “I transport pets coast to coast, and as I was passing through the area, I broke my serpentine belt and ended up stranded on the interstate. These guys went above and beyond, and an hour before closing time, they sent someone out to me with the belt and the tools I would have needed if I did. These guys saved my butt, and I'll forever be thankful for their kindness and generosity.”

“Great experience after (what felt like) a long stretch of car shopping. Tanner was extremely helpful while not being pushy. No hard sell! Neil in finance was patient and answered all our questions. He somehow managed to find us a percentage rate that was much lower than our credit union quoted us. Paul in finance came through in record time on an urgent request for paperwork that had gone on walkabout. The entire process was so much less stressful than we expected.
The pre-owned car we bought did end up needing some work that was difficult to spot but, fortunately, was still covered under the manufacturers extended warranty. Tanner consistently checked in with us throughout the process to see where it was at and whether we needed additional support. That was much appreciated!
Great experience all around and we'll be checking with Toyota of Tri-Cities first when we're ready to trade up.”
