“Hands down after researching hours on end on what kind of truck I wanted and what would suit my lifestyle living on the road. Knowing I would be having my camper on full time, it was essential to get something that would do the job. I almost lost hope being so exhausted going to dealerships after dealerships while skimming the interwebs. Immediately, I wanted to get a hold of this place to take a look, so I gave a call to do so and asked some questions. Sayed was very responsive, respectful, and reliable. He was ready to meet right away. I was excited about the energy exchanges as I arrived there. Got to look around and give it a test drive. I also got the OBD2 ran, and it was it good condition, as said in the paperwork. “After visiting several other used car dealers in the area, we ended up at Autoright. To say we were frustrated and truly over car shopping would be an understatement. Enter Autoright. James immediately took us out to see our preferred car and took us for a text drive. Our process took awhile and James kept us entertained and treated us warmly, and with respect. There was none of the typical game playing we ran into at other lots. When our financing hit a snag, Sam fixed it. Again, no games! These are good, solid, decent guys. James and Sam explained everything in layman’s terms and without the annoying condescension we experienced at other lots. We left with our preferred car, happy, and with a Transparent Apple (they keep a bowl in the office). I don’t usually write reviews, but this was the most stress-free, comfortable, and even fun car-buying experience I have ever had! And the Transparent apples were delicious! “This establishment is a must if you are in the market for a spectacular new used Sprinter van! Nick was personable, accommodating, and knowledgeable in his profession. He went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed, was flexible, and really took the time to assist with getting the keys to the right vehicle for me, into my hands. I never felt he was the 'pushy car salesmen' type, and he was pleasant to work with. He was there for me, answering all my many questions throughout the van buying process. Plus, they have an additional convenience available, where they run a body shop close by, where by all Nick's suggestions; running boards and extra handlebars were installed that I'd purchased in advance, with his assistance. The boards were missing the screws, but they were able to complete job as they had the right screws in stock, at no extra charge. Everyone at shop that I encountered were also so nice and polite, refreshingly. Dimitri is delightful. They did an excellent job, they look perfect, and are a luxurious addition to my new used Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2022 high top 144 wheelbase gas feuled van with only 15k miles - for a great price! I am in process of adding no slip grit tape to running boards. Everything looks and functions fantastically.

“They will take all your money sell you a car that brakes down all the time the first month of owning a car and broke down all the time check engine, light transmission light ABS light every light you can think of was on got it fixed several times more and more problems. Keep happening every month and leaves me stranded. I am in a bunch of negative equity. They jacked the price lied about the condition. And I song a lot of money into the car and it just keeps breaking. I want to trust anybody there. Its very shady business”
